HL5000 Booster Pump/Permeate Pump 75 gpd Reverse Osmosis

The Hydro Line™ 5000 Booster Pump/Permeate Pump reverse osmosis system is recommended for well water and other applications where the inlet pressure is below 50 psi and water conservation is an issue. Reverse osmosis system performance is greatly influenced by inlet pressure. The 5000BPPP is certified to WQA S-300 standards and is also tested to NSF/ANSI std. 58 for volatile organic chemicals. The Hydro Line™ 5000BPPP features a 5 micron sediment filter, electronically controlled booster pump, granular carbon 2nd filter, and an extruded carbon block 3rd pre-filter. A high capacity 36 gpd Filmtec TFC membrane making 75 gpd @ 100 psi is used to obtain ion rejection in the 95%-99% range. All systems must shut off when the tank reaches 60% of the incoming line pressure. The 100 psi booster pump allow us to get a full 60 psi in the storage tank for greater capacity and higher flow water delivery. A standard non-booster pump system with 50 psi inlet will only reach 30 psi tank pressure. Water is stored in a 4 gallon NSF certified tank. The water is polished on the way to the faucet with a granular carbon post filter.
