1-2-3-4 Sediment Filtration System

The 1-2-3-4 Punch is designed to take raw well or lake water and filter it down to 0.4 microns using the least amount of consumable filter elements.

Stage 1 - Lakos Sandmaster Sand Separator

Stage 2 - Lakos Twist II Clean

Stage 3 - Whole House Sediment Filter 20 Big Blue

Stage 4 - 0.4 Micron Ceramic Candle Filtration System

The Sandmaster will remove 99% of very large particles. As the micron rating get smaller efficiency decreases. The Sandmaster has a port on the bottle and can be purged manually or with an automatic purging system.

We get to 99% removal at 100 microns by adding the Twist II Clean. Turning the handle 90 degreees purges the Twist II Clean.

The 20 Big Blue is the only part of this system with a consumable filter element. We just a melt blown polypropylene filter that starts at 50 microns on the outside and goes down to 5 microns on the inside. This filter is bacterially resistant and optimal for this job.

The last stage is the ceramic candle system. This is a cleanable seven candle array that is installed inside a 10 big blue filter system. The ceramic candles are cleaned with a wire brush and can be reused many times.
