You send your membranes to Big Brand Water Filter. We will pre-test your membranes for flow and TDS rejection. We will then clean, test, re-box and ship your membranes back to you.

If you are not going to immediately reinstall your membranes it is recommended that you have us put preservative in before repackaging your membranes.
